It would be a good thing, but there are many types of mobile devices...

Old mobile devices are very limited (examples old nokias, windows CE or similar).

Newest (like android or iOs) are more interesting make a fiendly splash.

In protocol http exist key "user-agent" we can use in proxy to determine file-splash to send.
