Right after flash, open 172.30.22.1 with the browser and:

Commit 8526aa5d fixes the error by commenting all references to luci.fs , but it should be investigated more deeply.

luci.fs has been superseded by nixio.fs. It should be checked if it's really needed or not at least it doesn't seem so.
