Description

In web interface, gateway page ( /qmp/configuration/gateways/ ), that "offer" tunnels can not add "additional fields" like bandwith.

It happens in stable and testing.

The web page is now split in two tabs, "search" and "offer", so that options can be added to the "offer" part and they can be different to the options in "search". Cool.

However, now we can't add new gateways to any of the tabs.
