Devices with a single Ethernet interface and a swith driving different ports (e.g. eth0=> eth0.1+eth0.2) are not properly managed if the switch is on eth1 instead of eth0 (case of TL-WR841N-v8)

The TL-WR841N-v9 has eth0=>eth0.1 for LAN and eth1 for WAN, and is properly managed.
The TL-WR841N-v8 has eth1=>eth1.1 for LAN and eth0 for WAN, and it ends up doing nasty things with both eth1 and eth1.1.

Anyway, the abovementioned devices won't be supported because of the 4/32 limit.

Such settings would be read from board.json now. Anyway, the device is no longer supported because of its low resources.
